BTB-300 automatic cellophane wrapping machine
Application:
The machine is suitable for automatic film packing of all kinds of single-piece carton type products in the medicine, health care product, food, domestics, stationery, audio-video products, and other industries (with gold thread).
Feature:
When replacing the mould, there is no need to adjust the working table height of both sides of machine and dismantle the material discharging chain and material hopper. The mould replacement time of the traditional machine is shortened from four hours to thirty minutes.
It adopts new type of double safety mechanisms. As a result, when the machine runs asynchronously, other parts won’t be damaged without shutdown.
The one-way hand drive device developed by ourselves can prevent the machine shaking in reverse, and the hand wheel won’t rotate in the operation, which makes operators safer.
The new type of dual-rotation film cutter can make sure that the sharpening mouth is no need for long years of continuous usage, which overcomes the drawback, the traditional fixed single-rotation film cutting edge is easy to wear.
We have the tear tape fucntion on the machine.
