Working principle

◆ JF-2 Bottle feeding machine

The motor drives the bottle-feeding turntable to rotate, pushes the medicine bottle of the bottle-handling turntable into the bottle-pulling device from the storage tray, and automatically enters the guide strip, then enters the track through the guide strip. The medicine bottle is transported to the conveyor belt connection of the photoelectric counting bottle-filling machine, and automatically enters the conveyor belt to supply the electronic granulate counting machine for filling.

◆ JF-8 Electronic Counting Machine (wide)

Under the action of the bottle-blocking device on the bottle conveying rail, the bottle from the front procedure is blocked at the bottling position, waiting to be fed with material. Via the vibration of transmission corrugated plate, the tablets or pills enter the material hopper one by one equipped with the counting photoelectric sensor. The drugs in the material hopper are fed into the bottles at the bottling position after quantitative counting of the counting photoelectric sensor.

◆ JFSM-1 Cotton stuffing machine

Artificially loaded the product to the edge of the cotton drawing roller, the equipment can automatically run, such as automatic feeding, breaking, plugging such as the material pipe, to the bottle mouth, plugging into the bottle. When the time of bottle positioning meets the parameters set by PLC programming, the pneumatic system will automatically change the bottle. Fully automatic operation can be achieved; it can be packed many times per bottle.

◆ JF-D903 Capping Machine (cap pressing)

The bottle cap is arranged by the cap-arranging mechanism, then with its mouth upwards, the bottle cap is conveyed to the cap-releasing rail. The bottle on the bottle-conveying rail will enters into the cap-releasing area, then the bottle cap will be placed on it when the bottle clamped by the bottle-clamping devices on the two sides is moving forwards. The bottle cap should be pressed to the pretightening status through the cap-pressing device before capping. Under the action of three pairs of wearable rubber wheels, revolving with high speed, the bottle cap is screwed tightly on the bottle mouth.

◆ JF-2 Electromagnetic Induction Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine

When the bottle with aluminum foil passes through the inductive head, the aluminum foil will receive energy produced by the inductive head to be heated. The heated aluminum foil will melt with the plastic film on it, and they will tightly adhere to the bottle mouth. In this way, the sealing effect is achieved.

◆ JF-201 Labeling Machine for Round Bottles

The bottles to be labeled on the bottle-conveying rail will be pulled apart with equal distance under the action of bottle distance adjusting mechanism. When the photoelectric senor detects the bottle, it will send the signal to transmission system, the label will be conveyed, and then the tensioning system will tension it. After coding, the photoelectric sensor will locate the label according to its length, and the labels are separated with each other at the same distance. Under the action of labeling and label-pressing parts, the label will be automatically separated and smoothly labeled on the required position of bottles. Thus, the whole labeling process is finished.

The motor drives the rotating disc of the feeding bottle to rotate, and the medicine bottle enters the guide bar through the track, and eventually pushes the medicine bottle neatly into the closing disc.
