ZHY-60YP Automatic tube filling and sealing machine for cosmetic soft tube

Working principle

Plastic tubes are placed into the tube hopper with high volume, and they are arranged in order through the automatic tube feeding device, then they are automatically inserted inside the positioning die. The die rotates with the turntable, and plastic tubes stand on the different working position respectively. The paste to be filled is put into the closed cone-shaped material hopper, then it is precisely filled into the tube stopping intermittently on the filling working position through the quantitative piston-type filling valve connecting directly with the material hopper. As the large turntable continues to rotate, the plastic tube filled with the paste is transferred to the heating working position. Then the tube is transferred to the clamping working position for sealing and printing the batch number.

The machine can be used for filling different materials such as medicine and cosmetics.

With compact structure, the minimum time from filling to sealing is 1s. The machine can complete complicate sealing.

a) The material won’t be polluted in the filling process. The parts contacting with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel and the contact surface is polished.

b) With the adoption of the quantitative piston-type filling valve, the filling volume is easy to adjust and the machine has high precision of filling.

c) The filling components such as hopper, valve body, piston and material feeding head are easy to dismantle, clean and sterilize.

d) The machine adopts lifting device for filling, and the feeding nozzle stretches into the tube in order that the material can be filled into the tube and in case that the tube inner wall is stained with the material to cause poor sealing.

e) The air blowing-off device is installed to prevent filled material with strong viscosity from string drawing for better sealing and higher filling precision.

f) The elastic tube die is adopted to ensure the sealing of same height.

g) The automatic color mark alignment system adopts stepper motor to drive the tube die to rotate, and it can achieve automatic alignment for special-shaped tubes.

h) The material feeding system adopts mechanical drive to ensure stability of the filling volume.

i) It adopts original LEISTER air heater made in Switzerland.

j) The inner tube wall adopts hot air for sealing and the outer tube wall adopts cold water circulation for cooling, which ensures beautiful sealing.

k) The machine adopts PLC to achieve automatic control, and its frame is transparent.

l) The machine structure makes it easy to connect with the emulsifying machine and the filling machine, and the replacement of the tube dies with different diameters is easy to operate.

m) The machine can complete automatic tube feeding, automatic inner tube wall blowing, automatic mark aligning, automatic filling, and automatic sealing.

n) The machine adopts stepless frequency conversion to regulate the speed, achieving automatic quantitative production control.

Application range of the machine:

Tube filling and sealing machine is used for cosmetics industry, light industry (daily-use chemical industry), pharmaceutical industry, food industry and other industries. The machine is suitable for products which choose tubes as packaging containers. The equipment fills such materials as ointments, creams, gels or fluids with high viscosity into the tube, then folds and seals the tail of the tube, and prints the word code on the tube to produce the finished product.
