1. Machine application
DPP-260 Alu/PVC Automatic Blister Packing Machine is innovated and designed by our technicians with integrating the advantages of domestic and oversea Alu-PVC packing machines. The parts contacting with medicine are made of stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, which is suitable for packing not only plain tablets, sugar-coated tablets, capsules in pharmaceutical, food and health-care industries, but also fluid material such as honey, chocolate cream and spices. This machine integrates ten functions - roll material unwinding, Alu/PVC (Alu-Alu) conveying, blister forming, filling, waste recycling, heat sealing, batch No. printing, indentation, medicine plate cutting and finished product counting in one. The packing material is safe and sanitary with good sealing effect.
2. Main features
* The structure design of this machine meets with the requirements of GMP & CGMP standard and human engineering design principle. It adopts advanced intelligent drive and control technique. All the parts contacting with medicine adopt SUS316 stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance.
* The machine adopts the composite structure of carbon steel and aluminum alloy with hard anodic oxidation treatment to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance and insulativity of aluminum piece. The film rigidity can reach above HV400 and its thickness can reach tens of um even hundred um, easy to control with high dimensional accuracy, which can be extensively used in the field of aviation, spaceflight and vessel. The packing machine adopting this material can greatly increase its service lift and stability.
* It has reasonable structure and its electronic components adopt world famous brand such as Siemens, SMC etc. to ensure the machine long-time running stable.
* With adopting separable parts to assemble together, this machine can be separated into three parts, convenient for user to transport it into clean room smoothly.
* The mould installation adopts fast-mounting bolt so that the moulds at forming, sealing and batch no. stations can be pulled out horizontally, easy to change.
* One machine, dual use. Only need to change the moulds, this machine can realize the switch between Al-Plastic and Al-Al.
* Digital control for stroke, easy to switch the specification.
